Strategic Plan

Dassault is a growing software company that develops 3D products. Their website contains basic information about their company along with the products they offer. In this strategic plan, I will outline my suggestions for Dassault to expand their business operation and increase consumer knowledge about this organization.

Recommendations

Creating a marketing plan to expand their name in the industry. Dassault currently focuses on partnering with large corporations like Boeing and car companies like Toyota. It is important to maintain these positive business relationships, but Dassault should expand its breadth to other smaller organizations as well. Advertising will attract other companies and lead to more profits and new business ventures.

As I mention later in Corporate Business Goals, Dassault should also develop more goals geared towards being environmentally friendly to keep up with the trends. Becoming environmentally conscious can be costly, but will benefit corporations in the long run. In order to accomplish this feat, Dassault may need to reach out to other organizations to develop company standards.

Finally, I recommend that Dassault continue to expand its locations around the world. Even though they were created in France, they have grown to multiple continents. If more locations are developed, public awareness will increase. On the other hand, quantity does not always equal quality. Therefore, Dassault should prioritize keeping the quality of their technology products as the utmost responsibility while working to expand their company.
